Terms of Service

Ghana pilot · Last updated 13 Jul 2026

1. Purpose

NationVoice is a Civic Operating System for continuous democratic engagement between citizens and government. These Terms govern use of the Ghana pilot at Accra and related digital channels.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to receive SMS OTP on a Ghana phone number you control. The pilot assumes participants are 16+ with phone ownership. Official consultations and petition signatures may require Verified (Ghana Card) status.

3. Acceptable use

  • Participate in good faith on civic instruments
  • Do not harass, threaten, or impersonate others
  • Do not spam, scrape, or attempt to manipulate tallies
  • Do not post unlawful, defamatory, or hateful content

Moderators may remove content and restrict accounts that break these rules. You may appeal removals from the discussion thread.

4. Votes and petitions

Consultation votes may be locked after confirmation. Poll votes may be changeable while the poll is open. Petition signatures from Verified citizens count toward threshold. Governments see aggregates — not your individual official vote.

5. Privacy

Processing is described in our Privacy notice and Trust & privacy page. You may export or delete your account from Account → Your data.

6. Government responses

Published government responses are official public records for the pilot. NationVoice does not guarantee response timing beyond stated SLA targets.

7. Service changes

The pilot may change features, pause instruments, or end early. We will post material changes on the Trust page when practical.

8. Contact

For legal or privacy questions about the Ghana pilot, contact the platform operator via the channels listed on the Trust page.
